Kamran Khan

Chief Executive Officer, Infra-Tech Capital


Mr. Khan is the CEO and Managing Partner of Infra-Tech Capital (ITC), a Singapore-based investment firm. ITC is establishing a fiat + crypto currency fund focused on investing in technology start-ups targeting the global infrastructure market, and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) of infrastructure service providers adopting block chain-based business models. Mr. Khan brings 25 years and over $10 billion infrastructure investment experience with the US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the World Bank (WB), US Agency for International Development (USAID), as well as J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and LEK Consulting. He is a member of the Global Board of International Project Finance Association. Mr. Khan has served as Technical Advisor on infrastructure finance to Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Group of Twenty (G-20). Mr. Khan was appointed by President Obama to serve as Vice President of MCC. He led MCC’s global operations, investing $1 billion per year, overseeing $10 billion portfolio and managing offices across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Europe. Before joining the Obama Administration, Mr. Khan led WB’s Infrastructure Finance Practice in East Asia and established the WB Group office in Singapore. Prior to joining the WB, Mr. Khan focused on technology Mergers and Acquisitions at JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and LEK. Mr. Khan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and an MS in Applied Economics and Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
