Said MOULINE is an engineer specialized in environment and protection sectors. He graduated from the National Institute Polytechnique in Grenoble and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He was a former advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines in 1989, he joined the Center for the Development of Renewable Energies (CDER) in 1992 as Scientific and Technical Director. He also held several senior positions of responsibility in the energy and environment fields within the Finance.com group.
Said MOULINE was in charge of the Quality Air program at the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of the Environment. He was also advisor to the Chairman of the OCP Group in charge of Sustainable Development. He was appointed by the Majesty King Mohammed VI, as a Director General of the CDER on March 6, 2009, in which in 2010 became the National Agency for the Development of Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency (Aderee) and since 2016, ADEREE became the Moroccan Agency for Energy Efficiency (AMEE).
Said Mouline was elected president of the Mediterranean Association of the agencies for Energy conservation (MEDENER) in 2010. He was Chairman of the Commission on Energy, Climate and the Green Economy at the CGEM and the Committee of Cop 22. Furthermore, he was responsible for the public / private partnership.
