Kyeh Kim, Principal Deputy Vice President. Kyeh Kim has over 20 years of experience in international project development and management working in the public and non-governmental sectors. As the Principal Deputy Vice President (PDVP) in the Department of Compact Operations (DCO), she is responsible for managing the Infrastructure, Environment and Private Sector division that oversees a $5 billion global portfolio of economic growth projects. She is also responsible for supporting the Vice President in cross-cutting activities across the compact development and implementation portfolio. Ms. Kim joined MCC in 2004 as one of the first program managers and helped lead the transaction, including project preparation, due diligence and negotiations of the first MCC compact with Madagascar. At MCC, Ms. Kim also managed the implementation of compacts throughout Africa and most recently, as Managing Director for East and Southern Africa.
