Ms. Pryor has extensive business leadership experience with multinational businesses, with a focus on the broadcast and satellite communications industries and international development finance.
Ms. Pryor served as the Vice President, External Affairs at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), where she was responsible for all external engagement and held a seat on OPIC’s Investment Committee, providing input on all projects valued greater than $20 million. Ms. Pryor spent nearly a decade with WorldSpace Inc. As Senior Vice President, she built up 11 international offices in developing markets and took the company public. Ms. Pryor held similar positions with COMSAT and Orion Network Systems. She began her career in the Washington offices of Gray & Company. Ms. Pryor holds a B.A. in Communications from Bowling Green State University. She was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on May 7, 2019, to serve as a Member of EXIM’s Board of Directors.
