Todd Abrajano

Deputy Director (Acting)


Todd Abrajano serves as the Acting Deputy Director and chief operating officer of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, which helps U.S. businesses create jobs through the export of their goods and services for priority infrastructure development projects in emerging economies.  Mr. Abrajano manages the Agency’s global programmatic portfolio and oversees the administrative staff responsible for the daily operations of the Agency.

Before joining USTDA, Mr. Abrajano served as the White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he supported Secretary Wilbur Ross and other senior-level Commerce officials on policy and operational matters and worked with the White House to coordinate the hiring of Commerce’s political appointees.

Prior to joining the Trump Administration, Mr. Abrajano served as President of Turning Point Public Affairs.  Through Turning Point, he assisted corporate, non-profit, and political clients with their strategic, communications and government relations needs. In 2016, Turning Point was retained by the Donald J. Trump for President campaign where Mr. Abrajano helped lead President Trump’s campaign to a nearly 20-point victory, Missouri’s largest presidential margin of victory since Reagan’s 1984 reelection.
Mr. Abrajano received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a concentration in international relations from Yale College.
